How long are preparation and transit?

We normally prepare an authorized order in 1–2 business days. Carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days after it ships; see Shipping Policy.

Can I request a different item or report a problem?

Request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, whether the reason is a defect or a permitted preference change. Unused, new condition applies to non-defective goods. Please get approval before posting; a free prepaid label is included in the parcel and no restocking fee applies. Read Refund Policy.

What happens after refund approval?

Within 10 days after approval, we process and start the original-method refund. Account posting can take extra time.
